My goal is to help clients find healthy ways to understand the root cause of their internal conflicts which disconnect them from themselves and the world around them. I support clients with the development of deeper awareness in understanding how their anxiety manifests within their bodies as well as how our unresolved feelings will remain within us until we are ready to meet them.
