I find I am a great fit for teenagers, young adults, and parents. As a former teacher for 16 years, a current school counselor, and a mother of two teens, I have the unique advantage of being able to understand many perspectives of today's teenagers and their supporters. I am tender to the sometimes difficult transitions that young adults must navigate, and I am enthusiastic about working with parents as they aim to understand and help their teens. I also love engaging with adult clients of all ages seeking healing from trauma, support in relationships with others, and navigation through life transitions. I am creative and playful with a solution-focused and strengths-based approach. I frequently help with school struggles, depression, anxiety, grief, family struggles, trauma, regulation of emotions, parenting, life transition, peer struggles, self-esteem, and relationship struggles. I often utilize aspects of play, including sand tray, games, and art.
