I provide a safe place for children, adolescents, and adults to explore their experiences and make peace within themselves. I use a variety of approaches including play therapy, attachment-based therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I help parents of children I work with understand where their child is at emotionally and developmentally, so they can better relate. My goal is for each client to feel safe, heard, and clearer on where to go next.
