My mission has remained the same, in my over 20 years of providing mental health counseling, to share real hope with others, through counseling, supporting and caring for each client. Each day is filled with ups and downs, and I am very eager to listen, learn and grow with you; to help clarify root problems and provide treatment, and possible referrals, within a holistic approach. I specialize in treating ADHD, identity/self-worth, Autism Spectrum, anxiety/depression with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I use evidence-based methods, by building on the strengths of clients. If interested, Biblical, Christian counseling is also an option.
