As a therapist, I believe that therapy can be an extremely useful vehicle of change. Change can be obtained in a variety of ways depending on the needs & personality of each client. I emphasize listening, unconditional positive regard and respect, while providing a safe and caring environment. I focus on the individual strengths of each client, and his/her ability to manage their choices. My goal is to guide each client toward positive personal growth by providing him/her with support through therapy, coaching, education & resource sharing. These skills learned will not only be helpful between sessions, but throughout life.
