I believe in helping people to reach their maximum potential and teaching people to manage their symptoms so that they may live as full and as meaningful a life as possible. My intention is to empower you to make the best decisions for yourself and to help you to cope with challenges in your life. I will give you a safe, confidential space to talk and work on feeling better. I am experienced in helping people with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety.
