For you to feel safe enough to begin to feel your feelings. For you to be able to discover and embrace your authentic self in the space we create. Many of us struggle with complex issues that can impact our thoughts and feelings in many different ways. I specialize in working with folks with a history of complex trauma, sexual abuse, emotional neglect, identity issues, and self-harm. My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. Together we’ll explore practical solutions and cultivate the strengths necessary for your journey towards healing and growth. I use an integrative approach with the types of therapies that I find most beneficial. There is also great value in using types of therapy such EMDR and Brainspotting that do not require you to re-tell your traumatic experiences.
