As a psychologist, I am dedicated to empowering you to live happier, healthier, and more authentic life both individually and in your romantic relationship. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy which was designed to help you recover from previous trauma and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression. I'm also trained in other evidence-based therapies that help with anxiety, depression, stress, parenting difficulties, and relationship issues.
