I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from Azusa Pacific University and have been practicing for 8 years. I have worked with all age groups and specifically provided my focus on working with adults and older adults. Assisting in providing guidance in current or past life stressors, and finding the strength to work through those challenges. I am a well-rounded therapist and often find myself utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, Person Center, etc.
