Using a trauma-informed, developmentally sensitive approach to understanding the impact of an individual’s history on current functioning, I work collaboratively with individuals and families/supportive networks to address psychological and behavioral challenges including: aggression, anger, and defiant behaviors; body image and eating concerns; stress, anxiety, depression, and coping difficulties; peer relationship and social problems; difficulties with problem solving and decision making; school-related difficulties; and adjustment to changes in family composition, bereavement, or health concerns.
