Helen's specialties include Dance/Movement Therapy, Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, Authentic Movement, somatic re-education, Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Alexander Technique to support clients to deepen their mind/body connection and provide them the life-long skills to transform and heal.
