Relationships with oneself, food, and family members can often feel complex and overwhelming. For 20+ years I have worked in the medical and behavioral health fields, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, which required intensive training in family systems to support the individual and the whole family through recovery. This led to working with couples and families with other identified mental health concerns to develop strategies that support the family unit, including reunification counseling. In 2024, I added Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to deepen clinical healing for those who qualify for the service.
