I believe in a holistic framework of healing that emphasizes the body-mind connection and a treatment that takes into consideration the well-being of the whole person be it mental,emotional or spiritual. My approach will encourage you to connect with your true self by providing an opportunity to explore your belief system and promote positive change. My training in psychotherapy includes Body Centered Gestalt Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT). This extensive experience is used to benefit clients with wide range of emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and trauma.
