Helping people struggling with ADHD and trauma is my passion. I see ADHD as a different way to see and learn, not necessarily a "disorder." I enjoy working with clients who are ready to find ways to increase their quality of life. Another focus of treatment is exploring unresolved trauma that impacts functioning. It's amazing how processing these events changes the way you react to stress. The difference is processing from the mid brain. Brainspotting is used to accomplish this necessary part of healing.
