I have been in your seat and come with a wealth of experience in the mental health field. Together, we will help you challenge self-defeating thoughts and feelings, replace irrational and unproductive beliefs with healthier, more productive ones, recognize how to achieve personal freedom by focusing on what you can control, deepen your relationships, set healthy boundaries, and improve communication skills. You deserve to feel hopeful and empowered about your future. I will help you identify any issues in your past that have become obstacles. Baggage of the past is heavy. We will unpack it together, evaluate lessons you have learned, and utilize the experience to elevate you to new heights.
