Most people just want to be heard. They want to know that someone is listening to them and someone cares. Further, most of us contain the answers to our questions. We simply need someone to support us and remind us of our great worth and value. Within this environment of support we are able to discover within ourselves what we have been lacking, where we are in need and what will improve our lives. You are capable, you can do this!
