H.E.L.P. Space's ideal client(s) are transparent, authentic, and motivated to work to achieve their wellness goals. They may be experiencing anxiety or trauma; they may be struggling with self-esteem, self-image, self-love, self-worth, and/or confidence. They may have difficulty coping with certain feelings or regulating them. There may be life changes or transitions that have them feeling lost, misunderstood, or unheard. They may just need an open-minded, non-judgmental person to talk to. H.E.L.P. Space's clients work beyond the scope of their sessions to implement and incorporate the different tools learned in their session. We are proponents of authenticity and psychological safety, and firm believers in eclectic supplements to the therapeutic process (music, nature, poetry, humor, etc.) that compliment who and where you are. Our passion comes from the reward of listening to your narrative and being a purposeful part of your journey.
