I have been a psychotherapist for 40+ years and as of 2005 my practice has focused exclusively on matters of grief and loss. Losing a loved one(s) or anticipating loss can be the most painful experience in our lifetime. Everyone's life story is unique as is one's passage through grief. There is no standard fixed road map to follow but there can be a way to create what will work specifically for you and your needs and desires.
