Hi! My name is Henna and I am a therapist under supervision and a Master of Social Work student at Columbia University, currently completing my clinical training in private practice. I strive to create a space that feels warm and supportive where you can feel understood and explore what’s coming up for you at your own pace. I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, self esteem and life transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative and rooted in curiosity, compassion and care. I take time to get to know each client holistically rather than focusing only on symptoms.
