I am passionate about helping couples, individuals and families strengthen their relationships and perceptions of themselves. I can assist your healing from trauma and help you navigate through difficult life transitions. I hold a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University and use a range of highly effective, evidence-based counseling approaches. I use a combination of Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am highly skilled in Grief Recovery as well as Affair Recovery. I am also proficient at using Brainspotting to assist with stuck points, performance anxiety and clients with Trauma.
