I believe women are unique & that our strengths, needs & experiences are unique; my approach is tailored to that uniqueness. I whole-heartedly believe that the connection & relationship between client & therapist is one of the most healing aspects in therapy. Through therapy we can learn to develop mutually empowering, growth- fostering connections & to resist disconnections.
