I see you! I hear you! I am here for you! I'll walk with you! I know what it's like to feel tyrannized by our own mind, or to feel choked by overwhelming anxiety, or to feel betrayed by our own emotions, and above all, feeling stuck as if you're in a whirlpool of hopelessness and helplessness. I work with any and all mental health challenges. My specialty areas are anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma and religious/spiritual counseling. I work with all ages. I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling since there is no one-size fits all. My favorite approaches are CBT, ACT, person-centered and solution-focused.
