I work primarily with teenagers and adults using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. I strive to meet individuals where they are, especially focusing on navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and interactions with the legal system, including those who are victims of crimes or abuse, as well as those returning to relationships and the community following incarceration. A lot of my experience is focused on communication skills and boundaries within relationships.
