I offer individual and group counseling for children and teens struggling with social skills, friendships, academic support/organization, as well as other concerns related to anxiety. I also provide phone parent training and consultation to support you in navigating behavioral, social, academic, or special education related challenges. I specialize in providing skill development and training, parent coaching, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to support a variety of behavioral, academic and emotional challenges.
