Throughout my time as a psychotherapist, I have counseled clients of all ages enduring a vast array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. I provide therapy to couples and individuals, always operating from a supportive and strengths-based approach that encourages my clients to be active participants in their own treatment. In my work, I draw from a variety of modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
