I firmly believe that an individual's process is unique to that person and that healing is possible when you are ready for change. My clients guide the process, while allowing me to be a collaborator. My style is to be direct and honest, while being supportive. I strive to tailor treatment to your individual needs, using an holistic and strength-based approach to treatment. I have worked with individuals (adult & children), couples, and families for over 20 years. I have specialized training in evidence-based models to provide trauma-informed care. Treatment will initially focus on identifying/developing the necessary coping skills to deal with the symptoms you may be experiencing.
