I am a child and adolescent psychologist with expertise in treatment of children/adolescents ages 7-18 who have experienced trauma, adverse experiences, and/or stressful/challenging life events. My focus is to help clients be their own agents of change to help them move forward, empower them to gain control over trauma reactions, and foster their resilience. I have over 15 years of experience using an evidence-based approach to trauma-focused therapy to treat trauma, PTSD/complex PTSD, and associated symptoms. I offer therapy both in-person in Palo Alto and via telehealth across the state of California.
