Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when past experiences seem too overwhelming to face. As a counselor I strive to create an environment that is inclusive and affirming, where people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences feel seen and heard. My priority is to ensure that clients feel safe, supported, & understood as they embark on their journey towards wellness and healing. I work with adults and teens (14+) using an integrative counseling approach. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, grief, self esteem, identity exploration, & life transitions. I utilize techniques from evidence-based models, including EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Attachment Theory, & Parts Work.
