I help adults explore the patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that are holding them back. Gaining insight into these areas is the first step toward making positive changes and achieving your goals. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and provide support for the challenging transition to parenting, as 1 in 7 people experience postpartum mood and anxiety symptoms.
