Rise Through Counseling is my private practice that provides neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adolescents and adults in Birmingham, Alabama—combining EMDR and trauma-informed care to help you rise through challenges and live with greater balance, authenticity, and connection. In my practice, I go beyond conventional therapy to create a space that’s innovative, inclusive, and deeply human. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Autism Specialist, and a Neurodiversity Specialist.
