Hi, my name is Hina Ansari. I am an Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a EMDR Certified therapist I have vast experience in working with EMDR. I help my clients with Mental health concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, grief, loss, life transitions and relational difficulties. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including eye Movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, DBT, Including IFS with EMDR Therapy. My approach is unique because I use mindfulness-based techniques along with empirically tested modalities. My main focus is Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and relational difficulties. I I have specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) utilize mindfulness-based techniques, CBT, DBT and EMDR therapy to help you overcome your difficulties.
