I specialize in helping high-functioning women step out of burnout, perfectionism, and survival mode. Many of my clients have tried coping skills that helped temporarily—but never addressed the deeper patterns underneath. Using Schema Therapy, CBT, and somatic strategies, we’ll explore the beliefs and protective habits that once helped you survive but now keep you stuck. we’ll regulate your nervous system, change old patterns, and help you feel more at ease.
