I am passionate about creating a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental environment where my clients feel truly seen and heard. I support individuals who are struggling with trauma, PTSD, marriage/relationships, betrayal trauma, infidelity, affair recovery, divorce, life transition, cancer, grief, end-of-life, adjustment issues, borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression, low body image, and low self-esteem. My counseling approach is rooted in client-centered, culturally sensitive, integrative, psychodynamic, DBT, CBT, EFT, Gottman Method, EMDR, and a holistic approach. While I lean toward those approaches, I also believe in customizing my treatment plan with techniques from a variety of approaches that best meet the needs of my clients.
