As a Psychologist, I work with people who are in the process of self-discovery, experience relational issues, or are being affected by mood disorders, health, discrimination, grief/loss, and stress/trauma. I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to discuss your concerns and together address the things that affect you. I have experience using a wide range of psychotherapy approaches, from supportive to evidenced-based, in community mental health clinics, primary care settings, and medical centers. I am bilingual (Spanish), and use trauma-informed, LGBTQ-affirming, multicultural, and humanistic frameworks.
