First off, congratulations on taking the step on this journey. I'm super excited that you have chosen to be on this journey and look forward to this adventure together, if you choose me as your therapist. :) A little bit about me: I am a social worker with background in substance abuse and mental health. I really enjoy meeting with clients and working towards their "aha moments". Therapy is a safe space to grow and "let down your hair" so to speak. I never want our time to be a power struggle/dynamic but rather a place where you can speak your mind and not feel judged. Trust me, I can be pretty quirky too.
