Hello! I believe in the power of connection and the power of holding space to come together and explore thoughts, feelings, patterns, and behaviors. I believe that you have the answers within you, my role is to support you to find them. We all struggle, we all need support, we all need connection. I offer a 15 minute free Telehealth consultation to determine fit prior to committing to the therapeutic process. I primarily offer Telehealth, but I also offer in-home sessions if covered by insurance, where I can come to you! I currently carry BCBS, BCN, United Health and Priority Health Insurances.
