Hello! I am Stephanie Kripa. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where people can get encouragement and support as they navigate through the challenges of life. I know something about failure, trauma, anxiety, poor self-esteem, and relationships. I also know something about what it takes to be with what hurts in a way that leads to an unwinding of stuck, repeating, and critical patterns in our lives. I get it, I’ve been there! Maybe you just need someone to talk to who will listen without judgment or blame. What if you could be Unstuck, heard, successful and at peace? I have a background in education, the medical field, as well as having served in the United States Army Reserves & the National Guard. I am a Veteran. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, burn out, aging and self-esteem. I utilize a Person-Centered Approach... I will meet you where you’re at.
