Narcissistic abuse in a relationship diminishes your self esteem, self confidence & overall self worth. Gaslighting, meaning you begin to question your own reality, is just one of the many aspects of this abuse. Depression, Anxiety and PTSD are also common symptoms of this abuse. I have 30 yrs. experience as a therapist & my area of expertise is treating victims of narcissistic abuse/trauma. In addition, I have vast experience working with adults & adolescents who have histories of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship/marital issues, divorce & life transitions and warriors/families of childhood cancer.
