I work with individuals and couples who are motivated to understand themselves more deeply and want more than short-term relief. My ideal clients seek clarity, emotional regulation, and sustainable change, and are willing to actively engage in the therapeutic process. I come prepared to each session with intentional structure, strategies, and resources so clients leave with practical tools they can use for life. Between sessions, I assign meaningful, individualized homework to support integration, accountability, and progress beyond the therapy room.
