Welcome! I understand the courage it takes to reach out. I am the owner of InDwell, a mental health service for children, teens and adults. I am a licensed therapist, certified play therapist, and trained in EMDR. I spent 20 years working as a nurse providing me with an understanding of how our physical & mental health are intertwined. My approach addresses the whole person believing that wellness comes from harmonizing the mind, body and spirit.
