I have a general practice focusing on the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse and impulse control disorders. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other coping strategies I guide clients forward, to health, wellness, safety and acceptance.
