I offer solution focused, supportive psychotherapy to target and relieve unwanted symptoms and behaviors. I combine conventional treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy with a variety of mind-body treatment methods such as hypnosis, EMDR and psychodrama. This comprehensive approach works rapidly to decrease symptoms and leads to longer lasting change and well being. My ideal client is motivated to grow and make positive changes.
