When you're always anticipating others’ needs, it’s easy to lose touch with your own. You might feel stuck in patterns of over-giving, second-guessing yourself, or holding back parts of your identity just to keep the peace. These habits can feel like protection, but often they leave you feeling unseen and disconnected. I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area (2018), and I support adults navigating codependency, trauma, and the unique stressors faced by LGBTQ+ individuals.
