Are you wanting to make the most of more moments and to feel more present? Are anxiety and life in general clouding your thinking and leaving you feeling empty? I believe my role is to be encouraging and objective as I assist clients through their unique process of developing insight and skills to experience more healing, freedom, and joy. I have an empathetic and professional approach, and I utilize evidence based strategies. I teach tools to help both adults and youth manage anxiety, strengthen relationships, better problem solve, process through change or grief, feel more confident, empowered, and to reach goals. I create a warm atmosphere where clients can explore and investigate patterns of behavior in a safe place. I teach and encourage clients to be present and intentional. I have over 15 years of experience helping others reach their full potential, better manage anxiety, heal from past trauma, experience relief from symptoms, and have more clarity.
