I believe in order to make a positive change you must be empowered to create the change you desire. Many times I see clients struggle because situations have happened to them and they identify with the hurt that has been caused. In order for growth to occur individuals need to be in charge of their own life’s circumstances. As a therapist my purpose is to guide my clients toward the goals they seek in order to manage their lives effectively. I have experience working with individuals that have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, mood issues, anger, relationship issues, and substance abuse issues. . I utilize a variety of modalities during treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Therapy.
