I'm devoted to helping adults improve their quality of life by healing from past wounds, substance abuse, mood disorders and PTSD. In working together you will learn how to build a healthier relationship with your past and present, your body and your loved ones. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around who you are and in taking a collaborative approach to helping you reach your goals.
