My name is Holly Stilwell and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relational difficulties. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to help patients. In our first few sessions patients can expect an active listener and individualized guidance in developing some practical solutions that will provide some relief for their complex struggles. My practice is unique because of my creative ability to help individuals develop personalized strategies. I am passionate about helping patients become the best version of themselves. I accept insurance in-network with Tricare, BCBS of Georgia, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Secure Health. I currently hold an active license in Marriage and Family Therapy in the state of Georgia. I am a down-to-earth therapist with an empathetic ear that provides an honest/authentic perspective.
