Hi, I'm Dr. Holly Siegrist. I have 16 years of clinical experience, and I take a strength-based approach. I work with clients on spirituality and meaning-making, creativity, dream analysis, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress related to disability and other discrimination, grief, chronic illness, losses, and life change. My interests are in social justice, coping with discrimination, health and wellness, and resilience. I also offer academic advising, career counseling, and financial planning support. My therapy style is warm and welcoming, and I'm here to assist you with your goals!
