Hi, I'm Holly! I know it can be hard to feel hopeful during these complicated times. Relationships and life transitions can be hard, especially if you are a young person. If you identify as LGBTQIA+, feelings of anxiety and past trauma might be extra amped up. Or maybe you're just feeling numb, off, or find yourself having a hard time concentrating. Maybe someone who cares about you has noticed a change and has concerns. Perhaps, secretly, you're a little concerned, too. Working with me will feel collaborative, safe, and possibly even fun. Even if you aren't clear on your goal for therapy, with careful questioning, guidance and reflection, together we may find a clearing in the woods, where you can more easily access what is most important to you and how you want to be in the world. I work with people ages 12 and up.
