While many believe therapy is about advice or quick fixes, it’s really about being deeply heard, seen, & accepted without judgment. Each person carries a unique story shaped by lived experience, & I hold deep respect for the bravery it takes to share that story in a therapeutic space. I bring a warm, compassionate presence into each session. No matter what someone brings into the room, I aim to create a space where they feel safe, empowered, & understood.
